Challenge
A seller of electric generators and batteries in the USA was seeking to boost both conversion value and ROAS. Their existing campaigns were under-optimized, spending heavily on non-performing products and locations that offered minimal returns.
Resolution
To address these issues, I refreshed all low-performing assets and isolated products that didn’t contribute to sales, redirecting the budget to top-selling items. Additionally, I excluded regions where costs ran high without generating adequate revenue, ensuring that spend was concentrated on the most profitable markets.
Results
This strategy pushed ROAS from 26.74 to 38.64 and significantly elevated the overall purchase conversion value from $205K to almost $300K, leading to stronger profitability and more efficient ad spend.
